Meet the Pastor and First Lady of St. Paul AMEC
Reverend Maurice L. Butler is the
current pastor of St. Paul A.M.E.
Church. He is married to First Lady
Wanda M. Butler who serves beside
him as our Women’s Missionary
Society President.
Our History
St. Paul consist of a small group of African American families who gather each Sunday to worship and praise God as we prepare to serve the community through various ministry programs and services during the week. We were established as an organized ministry in 1830.
Evangelism and Outreach to the Community
We believe everyone should be afforded an opportunity to hear the Good News of the
Gospel of Jesus Christ while learning how to get both spiritual and temporal needs
met. Our outreach includes addressing housing, food insecurity, reentry, health,
wellness and family strengthening.
