Steps to Membership
Everyone is welcome to join us each and every week for our Worship experience and other activities. We desire however, that those persons in attendance will get involved in our ministry and become members of our local church society. Membership has its privileges. Once you have given your life to Christ through sharing a confession with the congregation that
Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Salvation is the first and most important step in your membership process as now you are recognized as a true Believer of Christ!
We invite those who have been saved to receive the Baptism through “water”. Water baptism should be done by all believers as a public profession of their faith in Christ. (Matthew 28:1) Baptism is, “An outward sign of an inward change“. It is an important step of obedience that shows others we have personally trusted Jesus for our salvation. Once you become baptized or share that you have been baptized with us, you are invited to enter into the full membership of our Church.
Why you should be baptized
Christ not only commands believers to get baptized, baptism is also a gift he graciously gives for our benefit and blessing.
