St. Paul AME Church has embarked on an ambitious project the beginning of the year of 2024 to plan for the revitalization of our community and physical footprint through the expansion of our campus. We are blessed to have established a new partnership with a local builder Salt Air Homes to help us move forward to bring something new and exciting to the community of Harrington. This partnership was formed to initiate and complete a development project consisting of the relocation and repurposing of our parsonage and the construction of a small housing development on land owned by St. Paul that to build two-duplexes consisting of four new affordable houses that will be sold to new homeowners. We have named this special project St. Paul Place. There are five phases to this development project with two major phases completed.
